So I've started what will I guess to be a long journey to losing weight and getting back to my rugby playing weight I was before I got injured, married and kind of let myself go.
In the last 5 years a lot has changed for me, I've gotten married, knee has recovered and have become a father, which is amazing if not a massive change in lifestyle for us all and I am now 10 stone heavier than I was before!!!
Now my son is starting to walk and I'm starting to seriously worry about the future. I can't continue on like I have been previously so I'm going back to they gym and using this app to start tracking everything I eat.
