Well I’m back on track after nearly three weeks of madness. We moved warehouse first …that was bad enough but then we packed all our stuff up to take a stand at a trade show where I was demonstrating and teaching down in Hertfordshire. My diet was all over the place but I did my best with conference centre food and working crazy hours and I assumed I would have piled on the pounds
It looked yesterday like I had put in 1.6kg but actually I just bought some more accurate scales. If I stand on my old scales and our postal scales at work then I have actually dipped a bit but I’d rather go by my new scales as they are my actual weight and are the same as our scales at work. So I’m not unhappy with my new weight and I’ll plough on.
