So I got on the scale this mroning...had no weight loss. Went in to get dressed and measured myself and noticed a decrease in inches so I'm happy with that. I walked each day this week and today and tomorrow will be my 'rest days'from exercise.
Going to look into treating myself with a pedicure today and possibly a massage...I have gift certificates galore waiting to be used at these places!
