W11D1 - this week I lost 5 lbs. Not sure where it came from on my body as my measurements are mostly the same as last week. I'm guessing the 5 lbs came off my butt since my size 12 underwear is starting to fit a bit loosely. I also feel like my ab muscles are a bit more toned. I still have a long weigh (pun intended) to go before I reach my goal of 220lbs, but I'm hoping that the weight continues to come off this easily.
