Stoked this morning to see the scale at 180, slow but steady works for me. Started my journey at 217# my highest weight ever at the beginning of this year.😁 My kitchen sink started leaking yesterday and decided not to cook and cleaned out my linen closet with 2 bags full of towels and rags to donate to Salvation Army. The beginning of many projects to clean up the 4/5 generations of household goods and clothing under my roof.
