I did 35 minutes in the gym yesterday. Down to 237 exactly this morning. That's 100 lbs since 29 June last year, when I switched diets to calorie count. My weight when I started dieting was 380, so my total loss has been 143 lbs, 10 st. 3 lbs. That's the weight of a slim adult, or roughly what I weighed when I was 22.
I'm 2/3 of the way to my goal, more or less. Five stone three pounds to go. I'll settle for 11½ stone, but I want to be slightly under that.
