W12D1 - I lost 5lbs last week?! How? I ate a bunch of nonsense and didn't get to exercise as much because I was busy with other things. However, I have been keeping up with carb cycling and I also have been working to ensure that I have a daily calorie deficit from my BMR. So I guess what they say about diet being 80% of a fitness plan is true...
I also didn't lose any inches on my measurements, which makes sense because of the lack of exercise/toning. However, when I took the picture of my back this morning, it looks to me like I have less back fat rolls..Maybe that's where the weight loss came from? 🤔
