Ok _ I am getting back on track today. Cauliflower quiche for breakfast, Dijon and dill tilapia with some veggie and dinner is still in planning stages- decided on Dijon pork chop with cabbage and apples + b. potato. After waiting for literally months, hubby gets his EMG done tomorrow morning. Then we have to wait 2 more months before we get to see the doctor and get the results. Makes me have so many emotions- having to watch him go through this. I have to pick my battles some days.
