W14D1 - lost 3lbs this week. I'm not thrilled that summer has come to an end. I need to find a new fun exercise/activity to replace swimming until it gets cool enough to hike here. I'm considering yoga and dance. Let me know if you have any recommendations.
Also, I think I have been partying too hard with my friends on the last few weekends. I haven't really been keeping track of the calories I've consumed with them. My husband and I also went to a buffet and I ate too much, but not nearly as much as I would have once mindlessly consumed without regard for the caloric content. At least I tracked that. The rest of the days I have been sticking to my macros.
