Salt cravings have been craaaazy! I have been eating salt with my cucumber and jicama and, I know, it's NOT GOOD! I think it has something to do with my monthly visitor just around the corner. Or maybe I'm making excuses? Anyway, I'm back to my 2 lb loss week. Not sure if it has something to do with my salt binge. Either way, I've decided to declare a no salt week. Not going to be easy but I CAN AND WILL DO IT! I hope you all had a better week and a greater week ahead! =)

You know, maybe your body needs a little salt, especially if your are about to have your TOM, you will need some extra salt. Not trying to get you to cave in or anything, just a thought. You may combat excess salt by pounding water and eating potassium in the form of bananas, watermelon and tomatoes. Those are my favorite potassium rich foods. Potassium counters sodium, and water flushes it. Salt doesn't make you fat, by the way. :) You're doing so wonderfully. You're my hero!
