Wow -yesterday all I wanted to eat was high carb stuff. I made a sugar free ginger lemonade and drank a lot of it. Not much diet food in the house until Wednesday - so will make the best of it. Today have to get blood test done for kidney function test. The levels have been elevated in the past year or so. I have to take a water pill which I am sure is not helping the kidneys. I have been using Chamomile tea to help but not sure how much. it is what it is. Arm still has a good size hematoma by the elbow and my wrist is achy - the arthritis limits how far it can be turned. Can't lift much for a few more days. Laundry will just wait. Hubby is not having many good days- still no EMG results. So we are going to the doctor's office and try to get some results and an earlier appointment- December is just to long to wait! Wish us luck. Hope everyone has a blessed day - (((HUGS))) to all.
