M3W2D1 - lost 6lbs this week. I forgot to mention last week was the 3 month mark of me being on this fitness journey. I am surprised by how much weight is coming off even without me being as precise as when I started. At this rate I am on track to lose over 50lbs by my birthday (November 1st). I am one pound away from that goal which is surreal to me.
Obviously, as you can see in my pics I still have a long way to go before I'm fit, but I'm glad to be here working towards that with all of you.
Non-Scale Victory (NSV) my clothes are super baggy now, which I am loving. I kind of wish I hadn't gotten rid of all my smaller size clothes now, but it also means I can update my wardrobe when I reach my goal weight of 220lbs.
