Havent been keeping track of my eating & got off my exercise routine due 2 this crazy winter weather. i have gained a lot of weight back. i am back on track now & im relying on God 2 give me strength 2 get this done. i have 2 do this. i want to be healthy. i have also realized that i have 2 write down EVERYTHING i eat. there is no such thing as cheating. if i do that the only person i hurt is myself. i need 2 have willpower 2 stay motivated & set more short term goals that i can have victory in achieving. that said short term goals are 2 lbs per week. smaller food portions, smaller clothes, & bettter attitude. also being able 2 go further distances. increased resistance & weights. I must do this. i can do this. I WILL do this. GOD WILL HELP ME!
