Not too sure where that comes from, I was relatively good at following the plan, had a couple drinks I maybe shouldn't have had... ha well! I feel like I'm on the right path, bodyweight training 2-3 times a week, some stretching, and jogging too. Keeping myself accountable on the eating side, and not abusing the drinks.
Things should get on the right path soon.
