Tired of people saying "OH my goodness, why on earth are you losing weight? you're already skinny..." it really sucks when people pass judgement like that. So I want to lose a few pounds....? A) It's no one else's business B) I DO need to lose those few pounds. Just because you don't "see" it, doesn't mean anything. My thighs are big. Yes, I hide them well. If you saw me in a bathing suit, you'd understand. Yes, the rest of me is small. and C) for goodness sakes, if I'm eating HEALTHY and not depriving myself and I'm exercising every day for 30-60 minutes, shouldn't that tell you that whatever weight I lose is GOOD!?!
Ok, sorry for the rant again. Just tired of it.
