losing a bit too quickly, so I'm going to up my calories by 100-200 & check in again on Thursday. Had 2 Friendsgivings yesterday. Didn't eat at the first because we needed to get to the second. The second didn't serve dinner until 8:30pm and by then I was so hungry I was almost nauseated. My level of soreness is finally back down to manageable, so I'll definitely put in a decent workout today.
