i low carbed years ago, in my earlu 30's with great success. but i fell off the wagon and fell into unhealthy eating habits of binge eating. soooo i tried noom. the psychological approach was great but labeled the high fats as 'red" and focused more on whole foods incl. whole grains. didnt take long before my carb intake sky rocketed and not only am i at my highest weight, but highest aci and cholesterol. it instilled a new strength in going back to a lower carb life. lcl is definitely a life changer for many. congrats to you. taking charge of your health is huge!
