L 244pm: 2 eggs scrambled with 2% milk & pepper & 1 tbsp. grated cheddar, 2 slices white bread toast, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 2 water.
D 704pm: slices of zucchini, broiled with onion, mushrooms, yellow peppers, parmesan, olive oil, feta cheese, 3 water
Sn 836pm: kiwi fruit, 5 dates, 3 cranberry almond cookies, 1/4 c unsalted cashews, 3 water.

50.24g Protein. 1266 calories. 1382g sodium. gained 3.2 lbs in 24 hours

Doing variety of care-taking chores for parents today. I am exhausted and legs really swollen. Weight the same tonight as it was this morning when I woke up. I am not sleeping well. Stress & worries. Maybe stress and poor sleep makes a person hang on to calories?? I see my family Doctor Wed for results of X-rays about the kind of arthritis I am battling. Maybe he can figure this out.
