I failed at MC this weekend, but I knew I was going to start it back up on Monday. I did okay until dinner came around and I failed again. I had Linguini alla Carbonara (homemade) with my family. I couldn't resist that smell. UGH!!!
This morning, I began my day with a little bit of Zumba before the kids woke up. If I could just get more sleep at night, I would try waking up earlier so that I could actually do a FULL workout. Nowadays, if I try to get up early, I'm ready to fall asleep by 7 (or earlier)---which is a no-no when you have a family to take care of. And even if I DID get to sleep by 7, I'd just wake up again in another 2 hours and stay awake for most of the night. :( Geeeeze. What CAN I do? :\
I intend...INTEND...to do the whole day of cleansing. What's the point in doing the MC if I just add stuff to cleanse at the end of the day?
