I gained only 1 pound over the Thanksgiving holiday which is amazing considering all of the foods we ate and also that I did not track anything for the whole 11 day span we were out of town. I did do a lot of walking and other activities with the family and have been playing Pokemon Go everyday. I feel like I need to incorporate some strength training into my routine soon.
