I ended up taking my measurements last Wednesday so I didn't post them. I am super pleased with how things are going. I have been walking consistently every day. I also have been getting in a lot of cross country walking/jogging playing Pokemon Go with my husband, friends, and child.
My diet is a mess right now because we have a very restricted budget due to the holidays (so mostly bread and ramen for example), but I am still trying to meet my macros by just sticking to the high and moderate carb days for now and continuing to drink my protein shakes. I have been adding in fresh and frozen produce where I can. I also have been cutting caffeine out of my diet as much as possible which is messing with my energy levels.
It's gonna be a hard month for us, but we'll make it through.
