I feel like it took forever for me to get back to this weight but once I saw my weight going back up to close to 190lbs I had to do something beside watching what I ate and exercising really is making me feel great. last year I was around 231lbs and was able to lose 50lbs but ended up gaining a little back so I am even more determined to try and reach my goal no matter how long it takes me.
