Major migraine last night. Was about to fall asleep until DH started shaking the bed while watching TV. Apparently he was trying to put lotion on his legs and then tried to use some kind of foot file on the edge of the bed. SMDH He fell asleep, of course, while I wasn't able to go to sleep til 2:30 a.m. :( So needless to say, I was exhausted this morning, with still a bit of a headache. I someone managed to walk the kids to the store and then get a short workout in. It wasn't as long as yesterday's weight-training, but it's something.

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.)Bowflex Xceed:
-Overhead Press 3 x 15 (100lb. total)
-Chair Lunges 3 x 20 (no weights)
-Bicep Curls 2 x 11 (70lb. total or 35lb. each side)
-Hamstring Curls 2 x 20 (35lb. each side)
2.)Pushups 2 x 10
62,6 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 10,0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 9,1 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
Perdant 6,4 kg par Semaine
