I'm on day 16 of my 21 day fast. My blood pressure is down, my resting heart rate is down, my glucose level is steady between 70-90, I'm sleeping well and feeling good. I've been measuring ketones and they have gone from .04 to 4.5. I have lost 19.6 lbs. I'm listening to my body, and so far, it's all good. I've been having sweet dreams, too. I'm off to spend 24 hours with my granddaughter, which will, of course, involve feeding her, and it will be more physically demanding. I'll take along some broth, in case I need a bit more. My fasting group is going through the Solstice, so I'm shooting for another 5 days. I'm almost under 200 lbs, and I want to give myself a few more to help counter the bounce that I'm sure to experience.
