Annoyed. Gain a pound. I know I ate a bit more yesterday (though I didn't go over my daily calorie intake), but I also worked out more (heavier weights, and less reps in some exercises) and for a little longer than normal. So what gives? I know it's only a pound, but I was really hoping to get down to 136 by Friday. :( I was so close (137 yesterday). Oh well...

Also, insomnia has attacked me these last two nights. I was really tired this morning, but I pushed myself to do at least some cardio a little while ago. Not sure if I can do another workout tonight though. Partly because I was really motivated to workout twice yesterday, and I ended up gaining instead of losing. But also partly because I'm so tired from hardly any sleep. *sigh*

**MORNING WORKOUT**
1.)Leslie Sansone's "3 Fast Miles" (only did 36 min./a little over 2 miles)
62,6 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 10,0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 9,1 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
