I missed my weigh in last week, but I still took pics. The holidays have been hard and I didn't expect to lose any weight, but so far it seems the weight loss has remained steady at about 1.5 lbs a week which is great.
My diet has still been poor, with wait too many calories ingested, especially from carbs and fats, as junk food is a comfort for me when I am stressed. I still have been trying to keep my protein intake high, but my insoluble fiber intake has tanked a bit as I haven't been cooking as much veggies. I think after the holidays, I will try to get back on the state's food assistance program so I can buy better quality ingredients and cook more meals from scratch.
I have been exercising a lot. I'm playing Pokemon Go and I'm trying to make the stretch goal of 50km walked in a week (that's a little over 7km per day if you play everyday like I do.) This week I walked 38km which is a little over 5km per day. That means to reach my goal, I just need to step it up a little.
NSV - my daughter and I went for a walk last night to play Pokemon Go, and I was able to jog the corners and walk the straights without being too winded.
