I was just looking through my old stuff and found my history book with a tightly wrapped brown paper bag cover on which I'd written: "Winger ROCKS!!" and "White Snake RULEZ!!" My Trapper Keeper cover with Saved by the Bell on the front insert (I thought Slater was Diablo with a perm and no hat lol). On my home ec peechee (the yellow ones with the sports dudes) I saw I'd written "I HATE KALE" just above the football player's head.... but also "Miss Sinclair + Chris = ❤ forever" and that didn't happen.... color me surprised lol. No idea why I'm writing all this, but I'm going to the gym now. Byeeee.

This post has gone crazy like me. I grew up in the midwest lower middle class family. School notebooks were basic and simple. Pencils no eraser head attachment we sharpened in those wall mounted hand cranked sharpeners. See through notebooks were futuristic... even dollar store may have been futuristic since all we had was Ben Franklin. You guys are funny.

LOL. Every now and then I give my 21 year old a fun challenge. (i.e. how to read a paper map, making her learn how to drive a stick). This inspires me to find a payphone and see if she could figure it out.
