Didn't make my stretch goal for 50k walked this week, so a little disappointed with myself, but I still got in several good days of walking. I missed out on my Pokemon Go walk yesterday because I was doing other things. I have been doing better about eating healthier again. It seems like I have more determination and less fatigue so I am happy with that.

I'm feeling like I might finally be ready to start the exercise portion of this program. Wish me good luck!

update: I completed my first workout today. Damn are my abs weak. I feel like I have been doing a thousand crunches.
