Measurements are mostly the same. I feel thinner and look thinner though based on the way things are fitting me. My size 10 underwear are a bit baggy. I hurt myself badly last week doing the first FLE workout routine. I found out if my muscles are not constantly tight in my legs, my knees can bend the wrong way. It took a couple of days for me to get the strength back in my leg muscles enough to safely walk again. I think I am going to stick to low impact activities for the near future until I can get in the pool again.
