Glad I lost some of the increase from the Almonds I overindulged in! Leveled off at 143, so decided to record it this morning.
Had a great workout at the gym this morning!
Headed out to go grocery shopping... sun is shining here and it's probably about 55 degrees out. Hoping to fit in an outdoor / leisurely bike ride this afternoon w/ my son :) (he's 16 - so leisurely to me...is him walking and me riding!!! LOL)

Good morning, I did the exact same thing with the almonds. Ate way too many on Sun., Monday up 2 lbs.,Had only a few Tues and down 2 plus 2 more today.I also had an extra 2 liters of water yesterday,so I was up alot last night flushing.I buy roasted, no salt almonds, but they are soooo easy to get carried away on.I keep them in the freezer with a 1/4 cup measure inside the bag. I just finished my work-out too,but I get to clean house today now.YEAH.....NOT....Housework is not my favorite thing to do. Have a good afternoon.

Well, the day didn't go anything like planned... but that's ok. I did make it to the grocery store, and also got some other errands completed. Stayed on track all day w/ my eating, great morning at the gym... and hubby and I just played some "sheet music" together! Life is good! Very good! Hope you all have a great night!

Sorry your day didn't go as totally planned. The sheet music took the place of the bike ride though. HOW NICE!!!! Nice job on the weight evening out. Sometimes just the littlest thing will throw everything off. Hang in there and sorry I'm a day late. Have a great day. Maybe the bike ride today, unless, you have more unexpected sheet music in store.lol Have a good one.:)
