Good morning FS fam!! Just made the full switch to morning eating. So I just had my meal for the day it's 8:30am over here as I type. I have 20 min left on the omad clock, so I am drinking a "shake" right now for those last bit of calories. I'll be getting my gym membership this weekend, had to wait for payday lol. I'm ready though! It is time fo sho!!!

Hey chance! Which gym are you looking at? I joined Planet Fitness a few months back with plans to switch to the “cooler” gym once I was back in shape… but I scrapped those plans because it’s great (this one anyway) 💪 and soooo damn cheap!

Hey JoeyD! I was looking into one called Texas Family Fitness. I live in North Fort Worth, Texas. It's a gym by my house! Pretty nice too! They have childcare which is definitely a need for my family. I am not certain what other perks they have as I do not remember, but the place is huge.
