I'm disappointed in myself for overeating today---especially tonight. It was hard to have willpower when I could finally eat well after 3 days of being sick. I did good about eating lunch, but was overdid it at dinner time. :( I'm going to be upset tomorrow. I did, however, push myself to workout again this evening. But I'm pretty sure it won't make up for overeating. The workout tonight was a surprise, though, because I was SURE I wouldn't have the energy to. I was fighting hard not to fall asleep all day long. I almost did after dinner, but felt bad about overeating, so I worked out. Need to quite beating myself up. BUT....I also need to do better at watching what I eat. I know I was sick, but that's not a good excuse. The problem is that I'm still trying to regain milk production....so I'm sort of between a rock and a hard place. *sigh*

Hi Emerald, Probably normal to overeat after not being able to eat much! Congrats on working out.. And even more so for listening to your body for your energy . It is so important to eat nutritious food and take are of yourself, and sleep when you can! It looks like you have 15 pounds you want. To loose?

Yes, about 15. But I gained, so now it's more like 17-18. lol *sigh* 2 steps forward....10 steps back. Ugh. lol
