Couldve done much better this week but i wasnt properly prepared I plan to do an extra week of induction to make up for my blunders and will do excellent this week!
I had a hard time having inappropriate foods in the house and yesterday i went to a bridal show and ate things i shouldnt have as well as a few things over the week that i wasnt aware of the carb count. Im happy im below 190 but i know i could do better and i have no one to blame but me...this week will make up for it next mondays weight in will be awesome!
