Haven’t been on here in a while, but just started a new job and got a bit of a fitness plan in place, so I’ve decided to start retracting my weight again.
Aim: 72kg by Easter, 67kg by end of June 😁
76,4 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 9,4 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

Hello Ellie-phant, how are you, welcome back to Fat Secrets. You are up a bit, but so am I we can help each other out. Started from yesterday. If you start Monday that's only a day different. What is your diet plan? Mine is eating 3 meals a day, no snacks, no late meals eat before a food shop it helps with cravings drinkwater, Lemon and honey, eat a grapefruit before your meals it fills you up also the acid in the Lemon and grapefruit burn your fats. Hiya all, thanks for your responses. I look forward to working alongside you all. I need to get a proper sleep schedule before I can maintain a steady diet, however I currently eat 2 meals in a day (I try and make them balanced but it varies) and then I have a snack (this varies from a couple of ‘healthy’ chocolate bars, to a sandwich or two, depending on my mood). Being a student helps because I can’t buy lots of extravagant meats or breads, so I try and keep it simple/healthy where I can. The problem is that I’m very fussy when it comes to fruit/veg/salad, so I have to find things that still interest me. I’m also trying to cut down my alcohol intake because I used to drink every night and that isn’t great for weight loss haha. Thanks again for your support!
