Feeling great today!!
I weened off Keto, just back to a regular Vegan "diet" now.
Also, no longer doing 23:1/OMAD, I have gone down to 16:8 for my IF routine.

Today was SUPPOSED to be leg day, but I was running late and didn't get to the gym until 5:30am. By then, every single "leg" workout machine or area was full.

I did stair climb, and abs instead.

I am feeling the leanest I have ever felt, since college anyway.

Let's keep this going!!!

@liv: I enjoyed how much it would sustain my hunger/appetite! Unfortunatly, in vegan form, it is way too restrictive. Meaning there was simply not enough selection for me personally. I was pretty robotic with it, but I did not see it as a long term approach for me personally. Everyone is different indeed! I am still going to keep my carbs lower than "old me". But not like Keto low. Like probably 50-100 net carb range is what I will stick with more than likely,the more I think and plan it.

Yes that is how keto helps me as well. And when I limit food choices I also somehow become more conscious about the food. I would wish you good luck but it sounds like your are on top of it. I will check in for inspiration!!!

@liv: Keto was a fun challenge! I am by no means against it! I think it will be more challenging for those who are plant based. Obviously carnivore style is very flexible and I can see why/how it would be possible! It is possible in the processed plant based with all the mock meats but I would not have the money for that method all the time lol. And aww, thank you! I try to be an inspiration as best as I can be!! You continue to kill it, you've got this too!!

Since 2018 when I started Keto and IF I never was able to get my carbs low enough to be true Keto, but I lost my weight anyway. However I'm lousy at maintenance so fall off the "wagon". Usually within a year I am back binging. I'm on my way down now, so am very strict with high carbs and sugar.

@ Snowwhite: Keep it up, you will get there!! I just know it!! @CrystalJo: Thank you so much!! @Buenita: Thank you so much!! @RideMariel: Thank you very much!! @Erikahollister: OMAD was fantastic!! The problem is now that I am weightlifting, I know I will require more calories, and I just simply cannot eat the required amount in one sitting. Every part of it otherwise has been amazing and I love it a lot. Very suitable for me. The Keto part is what did not feel suitable for me long term. But I can see how it is for some others!! Lately I have been doing a 16:8 now. Just so food can settle!
