I've been doing GREAT, feeling great and high on life!!! Love Atkins and can't believe I let myself go and gain more weight then I lost to begin with in 2003ish, however, I am back on track and doing much better and in it for the long haul of life now, start date September 27 and still going strong...could of lost more weight I know...but wouldn't be sustainable as I know I like my treats so this way is realistic for me and it's working :) as long as I am losing I am happy! I've gained and lost and such but not let myself go far off track :) So if you have a bad meal, day or item don't knock yourself hard and think you've lost it as you haven't! Just remember the next thing you put in your mouth needs to be the RIGHT foods for your body! You are the only one that dictates your life :) Thanks everyone for sharing your journey, I check in here a lot!!!
