Goal reached and surpassed. Goal was to get to 135 by the end of the week, and I'm at 132.5. Yay! But now I have to try and maintain it this weekend. Booooo! THAT's going to be hard, because I always gain it back on the weekend. :( So, my goal for the weekend is to not go above 133. *sigh* I think I'm setting myself up for disappointment.... Not looking forward to Monday's weigh-in. However, any tips on how to maintain my weight over the weekend would be greatly appreciated.

Hoping I can get a little workout done this evening....

**MORNING WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred" (5lb. and 8lb. weights)
Scissor Crunches: 2 x 30
60,1 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 12,5 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 6,6 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
