I am going to stop weighing for a while...just measure...STILL THE SAME WEIGHT!!!
122,5 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 4,5 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 4,5 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

1942 kcal Gras: 125,80g | Prot: 120,77g | Glu: 85,43g.   Petit Déjeuner: splenda, butter, egg, ground flax meal. Déjeuner: mayo, beef pattie. Dîner: Black Tea Bags, artificial sweetener, hush puppies, fried catfish. Snacks/Autre: romaine letuce, mustard greens, mixed salad, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, water, pumpkin. plus...
poids stable

Sometimes is it better to weigh only once each week. I was weighing everyday but found that made me crazy so I started weighing every Tuesday morning instead...now, I did 'cheat' this week out of curiousity. I think each person is different so weighing in is like most things - you just experiment until you find the thing that works best for YOU! Keep your chin up....you'll get there and we're right here with you! Lo♥e you!!

Thanks SkeeterJean, Gave into temptation last night...I had a birthday supper out,father-in-law's 83rd, and ate the hush puppies...Did great before that...It was a southern fried catfish buffet...thank goodness for the salad and mustard greens...hope the fiber cancels out some of thise carbs...I did resist all the other no-no's and even three dessert offerings! So there was SOME control used!!!
