I finished reading Jillian Michael's Mastering Your Metabolism today. I have made it a conscious effort to now eat organic whenever possible. I went to Safeway and got organic apples, milk, and yogurt and also got earth friendly biodegradable cleaning products for at work. I then hit up my local Trader Joe's for organic hummus, veggies, and Ezekiel bread. YUM! I'm going to try to balance out my hormones to aid my fight against weight! =]
