163 this morning, wow. But lets go back to last night.

I had a great dinner, bbq pork ribs and sweet potatoes and peas. It was good. Then 7 came and I started to panic, what could I eat really fast just to have before I am not going to allow myself to eat? Well I couldnt think of anything. Not really thinking I was hungry either. Last week I allowed myself to eat late all week. I indulged everyday. So last night I said NO.

You know I think it is so easy to tell someone else no, but to tell yourself no, now thats hard! If I tell my 8yr old no she has to listen because I am her mother. If I tell myself no I have no one that holds me accountable to listen but me. I wanted to give in to myself so bad last night. I wanted a cupcake, an iced mocha, a motorcycle, a pack of good n plentys, choc extreme blizzard, oh yeah I wanted it all! I wanted to get in my car and run thru the drive thru to get a iced coffee. I wanted to go to bed at 9 so I could sleep off the cravings but that failed. I stuck it out though. I didnt give up or in. This morning the scale rewarded me for my good behavior.

Now I know I can get lower than 164/165. I will continue to fight thru the bad cravings and fuel my body with healthy choices. I wont eat late at night. I will get to my goal weight. 14 more pounds until I am in the normal weight category, how awesome is that!

great reward! awesome job staying strong. That is so hard, last night I stopped my daughter from getting another yogurt. I've never thougt about it this way though- who's there to stop me(next time i reach for something)! I will be stronger, for her and me. thanks!!
