I got up feeling out-of-breath ALL morning! Not sure why...? Wasn't motivated to workout, but I got a short one in. A bit disappointed that I couldn't do everything; but I DID try a new workout today, so that might be part of the reason why. I was soooo winded!

**MORNING WORKOUT**
BeFit in 30 Minutes Extreme "Total Body Weightloss Workout Level 1" (couldn't do everything. Did most of the sets (not all), and only some of the reps. My stamina is terrible with this video! First time doing it though.)

**EVENING WORKOUT**
