Thank-you. My photos are not what you would call 'food porn' but just a visual way to keep a food journal. Photos absolutely help me keep on track. Photos make it easier to tell if I have a balanced day, and when I need to give myself a swift kick to try harder at making better choices. They also tell me when I am getting brain fatigue about this weight loss journey, and that I need to get more creative and colourful in the kitchen.
