Not too surprised with holding steady. #1, my sweets cravings have been a bit over-the-top. Second, I've been eating a higher average RDI all week. Third, my back has been hurting a lot, so I'm moving less. Fourth, my IBS is acting up. Boo.
Anyway, I'll be off FS for the next few days, as I leave for Seattle tomorrow and don't come back until Sunday. I'm packing my own food and will keep eating out to a minimum.
