Finally went back to the gym today. First time in 12 days since my snowmobiling accident. I have a few small hematomas ones my left arm and left thigh so to be safe I only did my HIIT at about 50% and I only did it for half the time. Feels so good to be back, even just a little bit. 😍😍😍
