I have been doing some exercise this week and doing a 10 min walk most days. I realised I have been cuting down on coke to one bottle or can a week instead on everyday. I realise I'm still eating a lot of cakes, puddings and sweet treats but learning to say no. Unfortunately bad habits take time to stop.😓
