Things have been going well on the Primal Blueprint! I think I lost more weight than I normally do due to my being sick last week and not eating very much on Tuesday - Thursday. I'm feeling better now, so after I get through this week's stresses (thesis defense on Thursday!!! AHHHH!!!), I will hopefully have some time to incorporate sprints and lifting heavy things into my regimen!
