Yesterday, I did an hour on the treadmill and did 3 reps of 15 with 35 pound weights for my arms. I also did 2 reps of 10 for guy pushups and 50 crunches, and 50 reps of leg exercises. Overall it was a good workout. I did eat my last meal around 9:30p.
