Overall a bad week as lost all motivation (and time) to exercise. Mostly meals were healthy but some really bad takeaway choices which totally overshadowed the good, healthy meals. Going to try and cook meals so not tempted by takeaway (can't afford them anyway 😂). Also going to aim to get back in the exercise flow this week, even if just walks for now. I have 3 days left of my 30 day challenge so will be pleased if I can finish that too as didn't do it once this last week 😕
