I listened to a podcast by a former board of directors member for Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig. She mentioned two methods to be at your ideal BMI. The first is to limit your carb intake to <100 grams. The second is to outline 5 healthy breakfasts, lunch/dinners, and snacks, since we are creatures of habit. I will try this until May 20th and see how it goes. 👍🙏
