This past week was my last week of my summer break. Today I start school back up again and I'm already exhausted. I went to visit some friends up in Bellingham this weekend and I had a really great time. I had a hard time keeping my meals timed though. I'm hoping with the start of a new quarter at school, I will be more in control of what I eat and when. I am afraid I will stress out too much though. I don't need that. This morning has been rough so far. I just got into work and I feel like my eyes can't stay open. After work I will have class until 9:45pm. It's going to be a long day.

Stay strong, getting used to your new routine is the hard part. Do what you can to make it easier for yourself, and as easy as possible to stick to the plan. You can do it...you may be tired for a few days, but you can do it. :-) You're doing great.
